Criminals engaging in vehicle crime are working around the clock to employ their crime tactics and perpetrators struck in the Glenwood area where a white Toyota Hilux was stolen, earlier today.
Tracker Connect activated the tracking device and immediately members took off in search of the vehicle.
The signal was picking up in the Lamontville area and members headed in that direction. The vehicle was still in motion and when the suspects spotted the tracking teams approaching, a chase ensued.
The suspects lost control of the vehicle and crashed into an embankment. The suspects fled in a getaway vehicle.
The responders are commended for their dedication on the field.
