*SUCCESS REPORT*

On 2022/05/16 at around 12:00 members received information from reliable sources that at plot... Slangfontein Road Henley on klip, there are people busy offloading the hijacked truck.
Members acted swiftly and proceeded to the address. On arrival members managed to arrest 11 suspects in the premises that were loading tyres to the other trucks.
Members began the search of the premises and managed to recover 192 Truck Tyres valued at *R1 000 000*. These Tyres were from the truck that was hijacked as per Brighton Beach. The hijacked truck was recovered and the trailer recovered at Bedfodview with the suspect. The driver of the truck was still missing at the time.
Members continue to search the premises and on doing so the following was recovered :
1. +- 30 meters of copper cable
2. Forklift
3. 2 x Top Trailers
*These items were stolen as per Lyttleton
Members continue to search the premises and found the Norinco 9mm Pistol hidden between the mattress in the house.

ALL 11 Suspects were detained at Kliprivier SAPS
Members of LCRC, Vehicle theft UNIT, Communication Officer, detectives, duty officers also attended the scene.
Futher investigation under way.
